Features

Automatic drop-down seal that lowers when the door closes and seals the gap to the floor.
Stops draughts, dust, light and noise; retracts into the profile when the door opens.
Sequential, self-levelling drop with no drag on the floor.
Mortised into a groove in the door bottom (min. channel width 12 mm), fixed with screws.
Drop height is adjusted by a screw on the plunger button on the hinge side.
Self-extinguishing TPE seal; up to 1,000,000 cycles.
